3.1 We normally only sell our Products and/or Services to consumers located in the UK. If you are buying in a business capacity or are based outside the UK, please contact us on 0330 353 0243 or info@yesconsumersolutions.co.uk before placing an order with us.

3.2 The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our Website have a 2% tolerance.

3.5 All Products and/or Services shown on our Website are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product and/or Services you have ordered are not available. You will be given the option of (i) waiting until the Product is in stock, (ii) choosing another Product of an equivalent functionality, price and quality or (iii) cancelling the affected Order (or the affected part of the Order) and obtaining a full refund of any sums paid. If you request an alternative product which is more expensive, you must pay the difference between the price you originally paid and the more expensive replacement. If, however, the alternative item is cheaper than the original selection, we will refund the difference to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day on which you request the refund.
